Upcoming Events

The Woman's Club of Dundalk is planning a "Best of Dundalk" basket raffle for September based on the winners of the 2023 Dundalk Eagle Readers Poll. A BINGO fundraiser is planned for Friday, October 27, 2023. Stay tuned and check back for more information on both events. Club News

The Woman's Club of Dundalk held their June 2023 dinner meeting at Buon Appetito Restaurant in Essex. The club celebrated their many charitable accomplishments and achievements over the past year.

A memorial service was held at the Memorial Garden in Heritage Park. Pictured are members Mary Tyler and Anita Becker.

 

The Woman's Club of Dundalk held their first post-pandemic BINGO and Raffle Basket Fundraiser in October 2022. The event was a big success and the venue was sold out. Proceeds support our Scholarship fund.

 

 

It is an honor to support our veterans. Again this year, in November 2022 club members donated coffee and beverage supplies to the Veterans Counseling Center in Dundalk.

 

 

For Christmas 2022 members of the Woman's Club of Dundalk filled "Goody Bags" with personal care items, food and holiday treats for residents of Autumn Lake Healthcare at Riverview in Essex Md.  Also donated were blankets for the center's residents.

 

 

 Members of The Woman's Club of Dundalk and their guests held their December 2022 dinner meeting and Christmas party at By the Docks Restaurant in Middle River Md.

 

A memorial wreath was laid at the club's Memorial Garden in Dundalk's Heritage Park in December 2022. 

 

 

Congratulations to Kelly Bowman, winner of the Woman's Club of Dundalk November 2021 Basket of Cheer raffle.

 

We Support our Veterans! Woman's Club of Dundalk member Elaine Welkie delivered coffee and other beverage supplies to the Veterans Counseling Center in Dundalk, November 2021.

For Christmas 2021, The Woman's Club of Dundalk made and donated gift bags for residents of the Future Care Northpoint Nursing Facility. The gift bags included candy, cookies, lotions, chapstick, and many more. 

 

The Woman's Club of Dundalk celebrated Christmas 2021 at the Boulevard Diner.

 

President Anita Becker, center, gives Dundalk High School Principal Santos and school counselor twelve $25 Walmart gift cards for distribution to homeless students at Christmas.

 

The 2021 Blankets of Love and Winter Clothing campaigns were a big success!  Over 30 blankets were distributed to Future Care Northpoint Nursing Facility.  New and gently used clothing and accessories were donated to the Family Crisis Center in Dundalk.  Pictured below is Allie Post, Operations, Logistics and Facility Coordinator at the Family Crisis Center.

 

 

 

CONGRATULATIONS TO JOSEPH WYCHRYST.  JOSEPH WON $500 IN THE WOMAN'S CLUB OF DUNDALK SCHOLARHIP RAFFLE!! 


This is the third year for The Woman’s Club of Dundalk “Blankets of Love”
charitable giving campaign. In addition to blankets, the campaign distributed hats,
scarves, gloves and other cold weather necessities to neighbors in need. The
winter blankets and clothing were donated by club members and, their families and
friends and, were purchased with two generous donations from local businesses.
Over 63 blankets, and numerous socks, hats, and gloves were distributed to
homeless shelters, churches, a soup kitchen, and a homeless camp. Pictured are
just a few of the over $800 of items distributed.

The Woman's Club of Dundalk celebrated Christmas 2019 with a Christmas party held at Donna's Restaurant.


Congratulations to The Woman's Club of Dundalk for receiving two Flurry Awards at the 2019 GFWC Maryland Annual Convention.  These special recognition awards were given to the club for Excellence in the areas of Leadership Advancement and, Communications & Public Relations.  The club also received awards for achievement in the areas of Fundraising & Development and, the GFWC Maryland President's Special Project - Military Families.

Members and guests of The Woman’s Club of Dundalk celebrated another great year at a luncheon at Vinny’s Italian restaurant in June 2019.

What a great turnout for the Woman’s Club of Dundalk Line Dance workshop! Thanks to all who attended this Fundraiser. Special thanks to Terri Rigsby for leading the class and Kelly Zamenski for the use of Kimberly Farms Banquet Hall. All proceeds support our local charity and stay in the community.


Another beautiful Memorial Ceremony at the May 2019 Woman's Club of Dundalk Memorial Garden at Heritage Park.  Many thanks to all who attended, especially, the family and friends of the new souls who were added to the memorial plaque.


On December 13, 2018 members and guests gathered at the Woman's Club of Dundalk Memorial Plaque Garden at Heritage Park for a memorial service and wreath laying ceremony to remember loved ones.  


The Woman's Club of Dundalk welcomed four new members in November 2018.  Pictured from left to right are: Lena Gorman, Joyce Drago, Kelly Zamenski, Terri Rigsby and Membership Chairman Sally Newberry.

The Woman's Club of Dundalk installed new officers for the 2018-2020 administration at a luncheon meeting on June 4, 2018. Pictured (left to right) are Anita Becker - President, Barbara Blackman - Vice President, Sara German - Recording Secretary, Peggy Virgilio - Corresponding Secretary, Sally Newberry - Treasurer. The Woman's Club of Dundalk is a non-profit charitable association serving the Dundalk community for over 77 years.
