Registration:	9:15 - 11:00 a.m. All club members are invited and encouraged to attend. Everyone attending should register. Registration Fee is $2.00.
Reservations:	Luncheon Reservations are $26.00 per person. Make checks payable to MFWC Reservations Account. Mail to: Anne Forrester, 1203 Alexander Lane, Mtn. Lake Park, MD 21550-1445. Please use the attached Reservation Form to indicate the name of your club, and the names of members included in the reservation, as well as any special dietary needs. DEADLINE: Reservations MUST be postmarked NO LATER than October 31, 2011. Reservations mailed after the deadline MUST include a $4.00 late fee ($30.00 total). No Reservations will be accepted after November 7th. If you plan to attend and not eat lunch, you still must Reserve your Seat by contacting: Anne Forrester at 301-334-0758 or agforrester@verizon.net.
